Important notes:
1. Each participant should have a complete team of five (5) people.
Each team must complete the participation form. If you are
participating as an
individual, leave the team list form empty, and we shall assign a
team for you.
2. All members of each team is not
necessarily from the same institution or company
3. All participants must be medically certified that they are in
good physical and mental health to participate in this challenge and
understood that, the activities in the challenge may involve risks
and hazards and that participating in the challenge may
expose
participant to among other things, serious injury, illness and risk
of death, caused by the risk associated with their
participation in
the challenge
4. All participants must agree to assume the risk of any and all
injury, illness, damages, loss, harm, and death to the participant
or participant’s property, resulting from or arising from his/her
participation at the challenge
5. All participants and/or institution must complete, sign and
return the form to the organizers, Brandbuilding.com.my via email
(enquiry@brandbuilding.com.my)
6. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any team for any
reason, including, without limitation, any team member’s and/or
his/her associate’s tampering with the challenge ’s result,
threatening or harming other team members, colluding with other
participants to share prize winnings. Disqualification may result
in, among other things, immediate forfeiture of any prizes
awarded.
7. All decision regarding the challenge, including but not limited
to rules, eligibility, game play, tasks, elimination &
disqualification of participants and award of prizes, are at the
challenge’s organizer’s sole and exclusive discretion, are final
and
are not subject to appeal.
8. By participating in this challenge, participants agree to bind by
the Rules & Regulations of the challenge and its organizers,
partners and supporting agencies.
9. By submitting the participation form, each participant agrees to
release, discharge and hold harmless the organizer, partners
and
supporting agencies, from all claims and damages arising out of
his/her participation in the challenge itself.
10. By participating in the challenge, all participants constituters
permission to the organizer, partners and supporting agencies
to use
his/her name and/or photograph and video recording for the purpose
of publicity, advertising and/or trade without
further notice or
compensation.
